Anti-tumor effect of GTN & kinase inhibitor

The aims of this axis are:

• To demonstrate the anti-tumor activity of the GTN / kinase inhibitor combination in mouse models,
• To analyze the molecular mechanisms inherent to this anti-tumor activity:
  • Role of the immune cells involved in the innate and adaptive response,
  • Identification of potential targets at the level of the cancer cell involved in this process.
