Analysis of anti-tumor function in vivo/ex vivo

The LIIC team has expertise in the use of mouse models (syngenic or immunodeficient) xenografted with breast, colon, lung or melanoma tumors (mimicking primary or metastatic tumors). The activation of immune system is assessed by culturing immune cells from mice (spleen, bone marrow or lymph nodes) or from human blood.
