Translational research

The LIIC team has already initiated a phase 1 clinical trial in collaboration with the Georges François Leclerc anticancer Center (CGFL) in Dijon. The projects developed by the team and its relationships with members of the CGFL allow to consider a clinical trial combining GTN with chemotherapy and anti-PD-1. GTN is commonly used in patients suffering from angina pectoris, and translational studies are ongoing with the cardiology department of Pr. Loris (CHU Dijon).
